A price review will be conducted on or after 30th September 2025, comparing the original booking rate to any subsequent rates offered for the same room type, property, and tenancy period up to 30th September 2025.

If the review determines that a reduced or discounted rate applies, and another booking was made at a lower rate for the same criteria, the difference will be deducted from your final payment due under the tenancy agreement for the 25/26 academic year. In cases where any overpayments may have been made, we will process a refund or credit.

You'll receive your voucher by email within three weeks of the end of October 2025, following your referred friend checking in to their property at the start of the 2025-26 term.
